Matthew L. Emrick's law practice focuses on environmental and natural resources law, with an emphasis in water rights, water supply, water quality, wetlands, mining law, public lands, CEQA/NEPA, fisheries, and land use and development.  The firm also acts as special and general counsel for public agencies.  The firm has an extensive background handling a variety of litigation matters.
